Yes, a complimentary race day T-shirt is included. T-shirt sizes are ordered in advance, and while we strive to provide the correct size, the organizers cannot be held responsible for any shortages.

10K: 16 years and above as of the race day
5K  : 10 years and above as of the race day
3K   :5 years and above as of the race day

Unfortunately, no cancellations or refunds are allowed. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Yes, you can change your category up to 20 days before the event.

Upgrading         : You’ll need to pay the difference in fees.
Downgrading  : No partial refunds will be provided.

In rare cases, if a payment failure occurs and you don’t receive confirmation but the amount was debited, the money will be automatically refunded within 3 working days. Parking details will be updated closer to the event date.

If someone is collecting BIBs for other participants, they must present the registration confirmation email to receive the BIB.

On-site registrations will not be available. Participants must register in advance to secure their spots.

Participants are prohibited from exchanging their timing BIBs with others. Each BIB is assigned to a specific participant and must only be used by them. Any participant found wearing another’s BIB will be disqualified.

Participants must wear their BIB on the front of their chest, making sure it is clearly visible. Wearing the BIB on the back will result in disqualification from the winner’s list.

On application being successfully submitted, registrants will receive an email and sms confirming their application with a unique code. Soon after the entries close, runners will receive an email and sms with their BIB nos and other details.

Finishers across all the race categories will get a Finisher's Medal post their run. Medals will not be provided to runners who do not start or finish their run.
